Vegetables in our Daily Life's


              Vegetables,why do we eat vegetables?It is because we need it. We need it for our daily life.                                     We should eat vegetables all the way,because vegetables are good for our health.
 It is good for our blood,eyes and many more. Vegetables we should eat because it is the best for our well being.
Vegetables are rich in vitamins .They also contain minerals,calcium,protein,fiber,carbohydrates, follic acid, iron, and phytochemicals. Good health we get when vegetables we eat. Phytochemicals has  antioxidants, they stop cancers. Potassium controls our blood pressure. Follic acids helps  form red blood cells. Vitamins A  essential  for eye health. Vitamin C, keeps gums and teeth healthy.All these we get when we eat vegetables.As we eat vegetables daily,we are making ourselves healthy because vegetables have low-fats,less calories and no cholesterol. We must put vegetables in our daily meals,because it contains most of our body needs.
                      So, eat vegetables all the day.If you are eating vegetables your life can be longer than what you are expected before.

      Sir as a youth, we thank you for your implementing programs which help in the eradication of vices,corruptions and other evilness in our    country.These programs lead towards a peaceful and progressive country.Thus as  youth surely, we will have a bright future.
